There was never a problem with scheduling viewing appointments, and he answered all the queries with clarity and honesty. First time buying a property with Gary O’ Driscoll and Co and what a pleasure it was to do business with them, I contacted the agency at the start of December inquiring about a property I was interested in and Gary went into great detail about the property and was very accommodating with my questions. Speaking with Gary just on the phone you can tell he has a vast knowledge and experience in this sector. If there was any issue or something that I was unsure about I could ring Gary and he would nearly always answer the phone even after opening hours if not his lovely staff would answer the phone and pass on any information to him. Gary and his staff worked extremely during a very busy period to enable the sale to go through before they split up for the Christmas holidays. Any person thinking of using Gary O’ Driscoll and Co estate agency I would 100% recommend without hesitation.

Gary O Driscoll and Co. Ltd were absolutely fantastic in selling my property and I would highly recommend Gary to anyone who intends selling their property in Co. Kerry. Gary has fantastic knowledge, outstanding professionalism and was always contactable in any details prior to and in the selling of my house. His advice regarding what I needed to do before selling and guiding me through the selling process was second to none.
His pictures and drone footage of the house was excellent and really sold the property online. We had a few thousand views in the first few days. Gary was very accommodating with viewings and took the entire process out of my hands and secured a sale in a prompt timeframe. The advice he gave me regarding details my solicitor needed to have on hand led to the sale of my property closing within a few months.
I must also commend the girls in the office who always greeted me with a smile and returned calls and queries in an very prompt and timely manner.
For a smooth and prompt property sale-
Gary is your man.

One of the best recommendation’s I have ever received was from the people that suggested Gary when I asked for a good estate agent. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Nothing is ever a problem and you feel like yours is the most important sale on his books. When problems arise which they invariably do his encyclopaedic knowledge of his profession is invaluable and a great comfort as a seller as he explains everything in layman’s language. I would highly recommend him for anybody looking for a top class service.
